Booking Fees.
• Longer or more time-intensive services may require a booking fee to secure your slot.
• All booking fees are non-refundable. However, if you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellation Fees.
• More than 48 hours’ notice: No additional fees apply.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: Booking fee will be forfeited, or a £10 cancellation fee will apply.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 35% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• No-shows: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
Requirements.
• Certain treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• At least 50% of lashes are required for it to be classed as an infill.
